Nicholas Myerson
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Myerson serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Crossbridge Energy A/S (the group’s Danish operating entity), as well as holding directorships at Origin Americas LLC (a leading collector and processor of used lubricants in the United States) and AQ NV (Europe’s largest mobile vapor recovery service provider).
Prior to joining Crossbridge Energy, Mr. Myerson served as the Head of Residual Oils at Gunvor SA, specializing in processing and trading waste oils, alternative refinery feedstocks, lubricant and bitumen blending and supply. Prior to Gunvor, Mr. Myerson held management positions at OW Bunker and NEOS Resources PLC.
Mr. Myerson holds a M.A. in Law from Cambridge University.

Derek Becht

Derek Becht, P.E., is the Chief Operating Officer of Crossbridge Energy, focused on executing the company’s high growth strategy.
Mr. Becht serves on the Board of Directors of Becht and is a Managing Director of Becht Europe B.V. and Becht Latin America S.R.L. Prior to joining Crossbridge Energy, Mr. Becht served as President, Plant Services leading six operating divisions servicing the energy industry focused on Project, Turnaround and Human Performance services. Mr. Becht led the founding of international locations and the acquisition of six companies into Becht. Actively engaged in company strategy, organization development, and key personnel recruitment. Prior to joining Becht Engineering in 2015, Mr. Becht worked for Valero Energy at three refineries supporting operations and technical organizations.
Derek is a Board Member for Origin International, a high-growth international hydrocarbon recycling company committed to protecting the environment and providing jobs in the communities in which it operates. He is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization. Derek received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rowan University and his MBA from Indiana University.

Andrew Lester

Mr. Lester is the Chief Investment Officer of Crossbridge Energy, focused on executing the company’s investment strategy and M&A.
Prior to joining Crossbridge Energy, Mr. Lester served as a Director of the International Energy Fund at The Carlyle Group, where he invested in Varo Energy, Assala Energy & CEPSA. Before that, he worked at the AtlasInvest Family Office and Petroplus, in Corporate Strategy and as a Refinery Production Economist.
Mr. Lester holds a B.A. in Economics from The University of Nottingham.

Yaron Gisser
Vice President, M&A and Corporate Development

Yaron Gisser is the Vice President of M&A and Corporate Development of Crossbridge Energy.
Mr Gisser has over 30 years of experience in M&A, strategy, business development, project management, general management and consulting in the energy and commodity industries. Mr. Gisser is responsible for leading the company’s strategic growth initiatives including identification of appropriate targets, evaluation of financial performance, due diligence efforts, negotiation of definitive agreements and closing of transactions.
Prior to joining Crossbridge Energy, Mr. Gisser spent 13 years in the petroleum storage terminal industry including 8 years of business development for Kinder Morgan Terminals, and co-founded a 7 million barrel black oil storage terminal on the US Gulf Coast. During that time, Yaron led evaluations of terminal acquisitions and organic development projects, non-strategic terminal divestitures, and preliminary development of hydrocarbon and renewable fuels processing facilities. Prior to that, Yaron was involved in the natural gas, power and sugar commodities industries leading and executing strategic growth initiatives and projects at Koch Industries, Reliant Resources, Imperial Sugar, and Deloitte Consulting.
Mr. Gisser previously served as the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Houston. Yaron received his B.Sc. in Applied Mathematics from Tel-Aviv University, and his MBA from The University of Texas in Austin.

Josh Hieronymus
Vice President of Technology

Josh Hieronymus is the Vice President of Technology for Crossbridge Energy, focused on operational risk management and technology implementation.
Prior to joining Crossbridge, Josh led the Turnaround and Major Maintenance Department at a major US Gulf Coast Refinery. He spent over 15 years in heavy manufacturing with roles in Unit Support, Fixed Equipment Engineering, Rotating Equipment Engineering, and Capital Project Management. Josh has served as Mechanical Integrity (MI) Department Head leading implementation of Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) and repair methodologies. Additionally, Mr. Hieronymus served as Mechanical Integrity lead on multiple OSHA VPP/Internal Benchmarking audits as well as human-process interaction assessments.
Mr. Hieronymus received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and an MBA from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business.

Matthew DelMazio
Director of Trading and Risk

Matthew DelMazio is the Director of Trading and Risk for Crossbridge Energy.
Prior to joining Crossbridge, Matthew was the Principal Trader for Postlane Partners where he managed the financial trading, hedging and risk for the firm’s Energy portfolio. Additionally, Mr. DelMazio led the Commodities Operations Desk at The Carlyle Group that focused on the physical and financial trade operations for their Structured Investments, Energy, Agriculture, Softs and Metals trading.
Mr. DelMazio brings with him 12+ years of commodities trading and financial operations experience. He received his B.A. in Economics from Eastern Connecticut State University.
