Ruchir Kadakia
Chief Executive Officer and Chairman

Mr. Kadakia serves Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Crossbridge Energy Partners and Chairman of Crossbridge Energy A/S (the group’s Danish operating entity).
Mr. Kadakia is President of Ethos Capital Management, LLC, a private investment holding company and the largest shareholder of Crossbridge. Through Ethos, and its operating entity Postlane Partners, Mr. Kadakia led investments in Gladieux Energy, the largest transmix refinery in North America; Gladieux Metals Recycling, the largest spent-catalyst metals reclamation processing facility in the world; and Permian Global, a Texas-based a leading AI-driven automated fueling system utilized across the oil-field services industry.
Ruchir has over 20 years of energy industry experience and has held numerous leadership roles with a specific focus on global oil market structure and pricing, oil macroeconomics, and trading theory. Prior to the formation of Ethos, he was a co-founder of Tethys Trading, Director at IHS Cera leading their Global Oil fundamentals team, and a trader at Morgan Stanley where he originated petroleum-based structured transactions.
Mr. Kadakia holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
David Haines

Mr. Haines serves as President and Chief Financial Officer of Crossbridge Energy Partners.
Prior to joining Crossbridge, Mr. Haines was Chief Financial Officer of Postlane Partners, a commodity-focused investment firm, and its portfolio company, Gladieux Energy, the largest transmix refinery in North America.
Mr. Haines has over 15 years of experience as a senior finance and investment professional. He combines a background in investment banking and private equity investing with CFO-level operating experience, and has responsibility for platform investments, add-on acquisitions, capital raising, and managing day-to-day finance and accounting teams. Mr. Haines has a track record of providing contributions that lead to improved financial performance and return on investment for stakeholders.
Mr. Haines holds a B.S. in Finance and Mathematics from Lehigh University and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Josh Hieronymus
VP, Head of Tech Ops

Josh Hieronymus is the Vice President of Technology for Crossbridge Energy, focused on operational risk management and technology implementation.
Prior to joining Crossbridge, Josh led the Turnaround and Major Maintenance Department at a major US Gulf Coast Refinery. He spent over 15 years in heavy manufacturing with roles in Unit Support, Fixed Equipment Engineering, Rotating Equipment Engineering, and Capital Project Management. Josh has served as Mechanical Integrity (MI) Department Head leading implementation of Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) and repair methodologies. Additionally, Mr. Hieronymus served as Mechanical Integrity lead on multiple OSHA VPP/Internal Benchmarking audits as well as human-process interaction assessments.
Mr. Hieronymus received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and an MBA from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business.

Matthew DelMazio
VP, Strategic Finance

Matthew DelMazio is the Director of Trading and Risk for Crossbridge Energy.
Prior to joining Crossbridge, Matthew was the Principal Trader for Postlane Partners where he managed the financial trading, hedging and risk for the firm’s Energy portfolio. Additionally, Mr. DelMazio led the Commodities Operations Desk at The Carlyle Group that focused on the physical and financial trade operations for their Structured Investments, Energy, Agriculture, Softs and Metals trading.
Mr. DelMazio brings with him 12+ years of commodities trading and financial operations experience. He received his B.A. in Economics from Eastern Connecticut State University.
