A new initiative in Denmark dubbed Sludge2fuel aims to transform sewage sludge from domestic wastewater utilities into biofuel for use in the transportation sector. Crossbridge Energy, Fredericia Spildevand & Energi, Circlia Nordic and Krüger have teamed up with the University of Aarhus in the project.
